Regulations for golf cart use in tournaments

The FGC Oberschwaben competition regulations contain the following passage under 9d:

The use of a golf cart may be permitted for players with health problems who cannot compete without golf carts. To do this, a medical certificate must be presented or the consent of the game management or a member of the handicap and gaming committee must be obtained.

The following regulations apply to the medical certificate:

The certificate from a practicing general practitioner or a specialist - appropriate to the illness. A severely disabled person's ID card. If the certificates do not have an explicit validity date, they are valid for 1 year. A new certificate must then be submitted.

The certificates will be deposited with the Gulf Secretariat. It is the golfer's responsibility to ensure that the certificates on file are valid.
