Almost 100 different wines are stored in the vaulted cellar

Our high-quality wines are stored in our 200-year-old vaulted cellar with high humidity under the best conditions. From the light Müller-Thurgau from Meersburg to mature top Rieslings from the best locations in Germany to the Dolce Vita of Italy: almost 100 different “wine treasures” are stored here. On our wine list you will find the biblical bottle sizes of Jeroboam (5.0l) via Methuselah (6.0l) to Melchior (18.0l).


Sommelier

The wine inventory, which has grown over the years, was put together by our experienced sommelier Martin Wochner. He has been a certified sommelier since 2005. He graduated from the “German Wine and Sommelier School” in Koblenz. Embark on a little wine journey and let us recommend the right 'fine wine' to complement your culinary selection.
