The golf-specific training takes place every Monday and Saturday at 11:00 a.m. If the weather is bad/cold, use the fitness room (2nd floor in the hotel or the herb garden if the weather is nice). Register, we look forward to your participation!
Strengthen stability and balance, improve mobility and flexibility in the hips, increase strength and increase mobility, improve golf swing and shot distance, increase endurance (leads to better recovery), reduce risk factors for your health, improve concentration and Coordination, strengthening the immune system, building muscles, preventing injuries (injury prevention), improving fitness, reducing stress. During the golf swing, approximately 8 times your body weight is exposed to the body.
Additional fitness training will help you withstand this stress better.
